Built to Grow With You

The moment you pick it up, you’ll feel the difference. The balanced setup, comfortable chin rest, and light bow response create a playing experience that supports real improvement, without the need to upgrade again anytime soon.

It's a violin that encourages you to keep playing and rewards you when you do. It’s the perfect next step in your musical journey.

Why Does It Sound So Good?

This violin is strung with Infeld Dominant strings, widely trusted by professionals and teachers alike for their warm, rich, and responsive tone. Combined with a solid spruce top and maple back and sides, the instrument delivers clarity, resonance, and volume well beyond its price bracket.

What’s on the Inside Matters

Constructed from hand-carved European tonewoods that have been aged for decades, there’s not a detail on this violin that’s been forgotten. Modern finishing techniques, gorgeous traditional looks, hand-fitted finishing touches, and a sound that sings, the Advanced Violin has it all.

From the hand-fitted sound post to the French-made Aubert bridge, you can’t miss the quality and care that make it special.

Value That Rivals Higher-End Violins

This affordable set delivers the materials, sound, and feel of instruments almost double the price. Between the Dominant strings, premium bow, and quality build, it’s not just a good deal, it’s a serious upgrade from the usual "student violin" standard.

Effortlessly Playable from Day One

Each violin is professionally set up by our team before it leaves the McNeela workshop, so it arrives truly ready to play. Its great sound and easy playability right out of the box inspire more time with the instrument and build confidence as you go. Add in our in-house customer service and you’ll be playing away, worry-free.

A Look That Stands Out

Each violin is hand-finished with an elegant antique varnish, giving it a rich, timeless appearance that looks as good as it sounds. The fine-grain tonewoods and tasteful purfling add to its refined, artisan character.

Fully Equipped and Ready to Play

Everything you need is included: a carbon fibre bow for agile handling, Italian rosin for smoother tone production, a full spare set of Dominant strings, and a padded case for safe storage and travel.
