Product highlights

Distinctive Celtic Sound

Unlock the authentic tones of Celtic music with this Irish mandola's unique flat-back design. This feature not only produces a sound that's unmistakably Celtic, with a rich, resonant low end and a clear, bright high register, but it also offers superior comfort. Unlike traditional round-back mandolas, the flat-back design allows for comfortable seated playing during long sessions, making it ideal for lengthy performances or practice sessions. Many musicians find that the mandola's warm and full-bodied resonance makes it even better suited for accompanying the human voice than a guitar, adding depth and character to vocals.

Precision Control with Built-in Pickup Tuner

Take command of your sound with the mandola's integrated E-4T pickup tuner. This built-in system features a chromatic 3-band EQ, allowing you to precisely customise your tone when plugged in and amplified. Whether you're on stage or in the studio, you can fine-tune the bass, middle, and treble frequencies to match your musical style and the acoustics of your venue. The convenient tuner ensures you're always perfectly in pitch, eliminating the need for external tuning devices. This seamless integration of technology enhances your performance, giving you professional-level control over your sound and making every note you play truly shine.

Elegant Style and Sturdy Durability

Experience the perfect fusion of aesthetic beauty and exceptional craftsmanship with McNeela Irish mandola. Crafted from premium quality woods, it features a spruce wood top and flamed maple wood flat back and sides, enhancing not only its stunning appearance but also its rich, resonant sound.

Adorned with white pearlescent peg tuners providing smooth and reliable tuning, turning your session playing into an extra enjoyable experience. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, resulting in an instrument that's as stylish to behold as it is a delight to tune and play. Whether you're on stage or in a cozy session, this mandola's design and durability make it a standout choice for musicians who value both form and function.
