Carved from beechwood, this traditional Irish harp looks as good as it sounds.

With 12 nylon strings spanning one and a half octaves, fully levered for easy key changes, it allows you to build solid technique while enjoying a bright, clear, resonant tone.

Whether you're mastering right-hand melodies, developing finger dexterity, or learning to navigate the levers, the McNeela Baby Harp will support you at every step of your musical journey.

Complete with a colour-coded string system for easier learning, and a free padded carry case for safe transport, this harp also makes a wonderful gift for any Irish music lover.

Learn the Basics with Confidence

With just 12 strings spanning a one and a half octave range, the McNeela Baby Harp is the perfect instrument to learn the fundamentals of harp playing. The smaller range makes it easier to focus on core techniques like right-hand melody playing and finger dexterity, helping beginners build a strong foundation before moving on to larger harps with more strings.

Traditional Design, Easy to Handle

Inspired by full-sized Irish folk harps, the Baby Harp features a carved beechwood body and compact design that makes it light and easy to carry. Thanks to its fully levered setup and colour-coded strings, players can easily navigate key changes and finger placements, making the learning process smoother and more intuitive from the very first session.

Great Sound, Right from the Start

This harp delivers a bright, clear, and resonant tone, designed to hold its tuning well even with regular practice. A reliable sound quality keeps you motivated to practice, while avoiding the frustration of constant re-tuning — making every practice session more enjoyable and productive.
