Marc R
Celtic Songs for the Tenor Banjo
I play my Irish banjo tuned as GDAE, like a violin or mandolin. All the tunes in 'Celtic Songs' require CGDA, so this collection is completely useless to me.
Reply:
That's irritating Marc, but it does say "Please note: this book is only suitable for banjos tuned to CGDA" twice in the product description. And don't forget you can send it back for a refund.

CGDA Tuning I tuned my Irish banjo to CGDA and the bloody strings blew aff. Might've been nice to specify it wasn't a GDAE book
